FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR
ON-CALL GRANT FUNDING ASSISTANCE CONSULTING SERVICES CONTRACT This First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement for “as-needed Grant Funding Assistance” consulting services is made and entered into on this _____ day of ______, 2023, by and between the CITY OF SAN CLEMENTE, a California municipal corporation (“City”), and Engineering Solutions Services (ESS) Inc. (“Contractor”).
R E C I T A L S:
A. City and Contractor entered into that certain Professional Services Agreement for as-needed Engineering Solutions Services (ESS) services (the “Original Agreement”) on August 24, 2022.
B. City and Contractor desire to amend the Agreement in the manner provided herein below.
C O V E N A N T S:
Section 3: Section 3.3 of the Agreement is hereby amended by changing the total compensation to ninety eight thousand ($98,000.00) from forty eight thousand ($48,000).
Except as expressly amended by the First Amendment the remaining portions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
