The Offered Property is undeveloped, partially graded land located within the Vista Hermosa Sports Park and is also known as the Lease Land with VHSP. The authorized uses of this space are for public recreation services operated by a private entity with options to include concessions.

GENERAL MANAGEMENT OBJECTIVES FOR OFFERED
PROPERTY
The City is seeking a concessionaire/tenant to develop the Offered Property into a recreation facility and upon completion of development, manage and operate the facility(ies). Issuance of a lease for the Offered Property is intended to enhance the existing sports park uses while conforming to the City of San Clemente Centennial General Plan.
The Lessee will be required to develop the property for recreation-based services and uses that are consistent with the conditions stated in the Draft Lease and the overall vision for the VHSP.
