RESOLUTION NO. 23-88
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN CLEMENTE, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO COMPENSATION PAID TO MEMBERS OF THE CITIZENS AMPHITHEATER COMMITTEE, INVESTMENT ADVISORY COMMITEE AND PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE WHEREAS, the San Clemente City Council determined that it is in the best interest of the City and the public that the Citizens Amphitheater Committee, Investment Advisory Committee and Public Safety Committee receive compensation for their attendance at Committee meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Clemente does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. Each member of the Citizens Amphitheater Committee shall receive compensation in the amount of $55.00 per meeting, not to exceed $55.00 per month.
Section 2. Each member of the Investment Advisory Committee shall receive compensation in the amount of $55.00 per meeting, not to exceed $55.00 per month.
Section 3. Each member of the Public Safety Committee shall receive compensation in the amount of $55.00 per meeting, not to exceed $55.00 per month.
Section 4. The salaries shall become effective at the commencement of the first meeting of the Citizens Amphitheater Committee, Investment Advisory Committee and Public Safety Committee meeting following adoption of this Resolution, respectively. This Resolution is subject to all present and future applicable wage control laws and regulations, and shall become effective only to the extent permitted by such laws and regulations.
Section 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
