RESOLUTION NO. 23-150
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN CLEMENTE, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING EASEMENTS FOR THE AVENIDA PICO RECYCLED WATER PIPELINE RELOCATION PROJECT NO. 21402 FROM THE MCDONALD’S CORPORATION AND SC BUCKS, LLC; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE ACCEPTANCE WHEREAS, the City of San Clemente Engineering Division requested and received an easement deed for the Avenida Pico Recycled Water Pipeline Relocation Project No. 21402 from the McDonald’s Corporation; and WHEREAS, the City of San Clemente Engineering Division requested and received modification to an Easement Deed for the Avenida Pico Recycled Water Pipeline Relocation Project No. 21402 from SC Bucks, LLC.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Clemente does hereby find, determine and resolve as follows:
Section 1. Recitals. The above recitals are considered findings by the City Council and incorporated into the body of this resolution.
Section 2. The grant of the Easement Deed from McDonald’s Corporation and the Modification to Easement Deed from SC Bucks, LLC for Avenida Pico Recycled Water Relocation Project are hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized to execute the same in forms substantially similar to those presented to the City Council on December 5, 2023.
Section 3. The City Clerk is authorized to submit the Easement Deeds to the Orange County Recorder for recordation following execution.
Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
