The proposed Pavement Preservation Program - Utility Adjustments project includes adjusting existing manhole covers and water valve cans, and removing and replacing damaged manhole frames and covers to improve drivability and prevent pavement damage. In addition, manholes and valve cans will be slightly raised in preparation for slurry seal of City streets. Proposed utility adjustment locations are listed on Attachment 2.
