RESOLUTION NO. 24-166
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN CLEMENTE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FY
2024-25 GOLF COURSE COMMITTEE WORK PLAN
WHEREAS, the Golf Course Committee is established to act in an advisory capacity to the City Council in planning pertaining to the use and operation of the municipal golf course; and
WHEREAS, the San Clemente Municipal Code § 2.36.020(e) requires that the Beaches, Parks & Recreation Commission develop an annual work plan with specific goals and objectives for the coming year and submit it to the City Council for approval each year; and
WHEREAS, on September 26, 2024, the Golf Course Committee reviewed and recommended approval of five items to be included in its FY 2024-25 Work Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Clemente does hereby find, determine and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the above recitations are true and correct and fully incorporated herein.
Section 2. That the Golf Course Committee FY 2024-25 Work Plan shall consist of all items incorporated and included in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated fully herein by this reference.
Section 3. That the Committee may review all additional items that require consideration through the course of the Golf Maintenance Division and Beaches, Parks & Recreation Department’s routine functions, including but not limited to, house and greens oversight.
Section 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
