A Special Meeting of the Successor Agency to the San ·Clemente Redevelopment Agency was called to order by Chair Knoblock on April 1, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. in the San Clemente City Council Chambers, located at 910 Calle Negocio, 2nd Floor, San Clemente.
PRESENT: Cabral, Enmeier, Loeffler, Wu and Chair Knoblock STAFF PRESENT: Brian Brower, Finance and Administrative Services Director; Elizabeth Mitchell, City Attorney; Laura Campagnolo, City Clerk; Megan Jimenez, Deputy City Clerk
SPECIAL MEETING
1. Pledge of Allegiance
Director Loeffler led the Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Business Session
A. CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO
THE SAN CLEMENTE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY REQUESTING THE
ORANGE COUNTYWIDE OVERSIGHT BOARD TO FORMALLY DISSOLVE
THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY AND TAKING RELATED ACTIONS
Motion by Director Cabral, second by Director Loeffler, CARRIED 5-0, to:
Adopt Resolution No SA 25-01 , which will:
1. Find and determine that all of the Dissolution Criteria set forth in HSC Section 34187(b) for the Successor Agency's dissolution have been met.
2. Authorize and direct staff to make a request to the Orange Countywide Oversight Board to initiate the formal dissolution process of the Successor Agency to the San Clemente Redevelopment Agency, and take any further actions on behalf of the Successor Agency, as may be necessary or

appropriate, to implement the request and satisfy the conditions of formal dissolution.
