RESOLUTION NO. 25-41
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN CLEMENTE, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING AND APPROVING THE MID YEAR ADJUSTMENTS TO THE CITY OF SAN CLEMENTE MUNICIPAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted the City of San Clemente’s budget for the Fiscal Years ending June 30, 2025 and June 30, 2026; and WHEREAS, a mid-year review has been completed by Staff to identify and adjust for any differences from the adopted budget; and WHEREAS, revenue and expenditure adjustments were determined based on actual activity to date and projections for the remainder of the fiscal year; and WHEREAS, the individual revenue and expenditure adjustments are listed as Exhibit 1 to this Resolution; and WHEREAS, each of projects in the proposed budget have been or will be separately evaluated for compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act at a staff or City Council level at the appropriate time.
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of San Clemente does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the above recitals are true and correct and incorporated fully herein as findings.
Section 2. The Revenue and Expenditure Adjustments identified in Exhibit 1 to this resolution are approved and adopted, and the City of San Clemente Municipal Budget for Fiscal Year 2024-25 shall be amended accordingly for all funds as shown in Exhibit 1 hereto which is incorporated fully herein by this reference.
Section 3. That City staff is hereby authorized and directed to take such actions as are necessary and appropriate to accomplish the purposes of this resolution.
Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
