Regular Meeting – January 27, 2025
A Regular Meeting of the City of San Clemente Investment Advisory Committee was called to order by City Treasurer, Charlie Smith, on January 27, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Conference Room at City Hall, 910 Calle Negocio, San Clemente. (1) PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Charlie Smith.

(3) APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion by Victor Cabral, seconded by Matthew Koelliker to approve the November 4, 2024 minutes. Approved 4-0.

nd QUARTER FY 2024-25 INVESTMENT REPORT
Jayson Schmitt, Chandler Asset Management representative, reviewed the second quarter investment report and responded to questions raised by committee members. Motion by Victor Cabral, seconded by Jeff Willardson, to approve the 2 nd Quarter FY 2024-25 Investment Report. Approved 4-0. (5) SECTION 115 TRUST
Matthew Koelliker made a motion that the IAC will go with PARS subject to a fee review for the 115 Trust and made a motion to review the IPS for CSCERP.
Seconded by Jeff Willardson, approved 4-0.

There were no changes recommended to the City’s Investment Policy at this time.
Motion was made by Jeff Willardson, seconded by Matthew Koelliker to accept the Investment Policy with no changes. Approved 4-0.

Motion was made by Matthew Koelliker, seconded by Victor Cabral, carried 4-0, to adjourn to a Regular Meeting to be held on April 28, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall located at 910 Calle Negocio, San Clemente, California. _________________________________
