Regular Meeting – April 28, 2025
A Regular Meeting of the City of San Clemente Investment Advisory Committee was called to order by City Treasurer, Charlie Smith, on April 28, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. This meeting was conducted in the Community Conference Room at City Hall, 910 Calle Negocio, San Clemente. (1) PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Charlie Smith.

(3) APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion by Victor, seconded by Jeff to approve the minutes of January 27, 2025.
Approved 4-0.
(4) INVESTMENT REPORT 3
rd QUARTER 2024-25
The third quarter Investment Report was introduced by City Treasurer, Charlie Smith. Jayson Schmitt, Chandler Asset Management representative, reviewed the report with the committee and answered questions. Art moved to approve the 3 rd
Quarter Investment Report, seconded by Jeff. Approved 4-0. (5) SECTION 115 TRUST DISCUSSION
A motion was made by Art, seconded by Jeff, approved 4-0 to hire PARS to manage the assets of San Clemente’s 115 Trust.
A second motion was made by Art, seconded by Victor, approved 4-0 to utilize the Managed Tactical Strategies Program approach for the management of the San Clemente 115 Trust assets.

Motion was made by Victor, seconded by Jeff, carried 4-0, to adjourn to a Regular Meeting to be held on July 28, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall located at 910 Calle Negocio, San Clemente, California.
