We understand that the City of San Clemente (Lead Agency) for the above-referenced project is currently unable to address the appeal in a timely manner due to ongoing staff review and documentation.
To ensure that the appeal is considered fairly and with the most accurate and comprehensive project review possible, the client and I are requesting a continuation of our hearing, dated October 21st, 2025. We are asking for a continuation on or before January 31, 2026, to allow the Lead Agency sufficient time to review and prepare its documentation for our project.
The client and I are committed to working collaboratively with the Lead Agency, its responsible agencies, and consultants, to ensure a thorough and transparent CEQA process, and we believe continuance will help to facilitate this.
