The applicant, Rick Petrie, provided an update on alternative plaque locations, some of which are on private property or historical sites. The subcommittee has worked with the applicant to refine options. The applicant has established a 509 status (a type of 501(c)(3)) for the organization, as reflected in the bylaws and staff report.
