The Project is eligible to receive a Categorical Exemption under Title 14, Division 6, Chapter 3, Section 21084 of the Public Resources Code. The Project falls under Section 15303, New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures, of the CEQA Guidelines. Class 3 includes the construction of new, small facilities or structures, and installation of small new equipment and facilities in small structures. There is no possibility of a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect substantial ipact on the enviroment.
