Truly Thank You! Please include the two California Pepper Trees in the request of the HOA Board. We received assurances when they were planted over twelve years ago that they would not grow to be in excess of the CCR’s height limits. They are trees that grow to 50 feet with a spread Of 25 feet. They grow at a rate of 3-5’ per year. They will be a constant maintenance issue.

Good Afternoon Mr. Phillips,
Thank you for returning my call. I spoke with Adam Atamian earlier today and he gave me your name stating you could help us. We have corresponded with Adam and Andy Hall regarding the Broadmoor HOA Trees below us (a copy of the correspondence is attached). I have enclosed a current picture of trees on Delicata below us taken from a window in our home. At the corner of the driveway at 201 Delicada is a Brazilian Pepper Tree which the Broadmoor HOA is responsible for trimming. It has been trimmed sporadically every couple of years. It was trimmed last year. Unfortunately, when it is trimmed the growth rate (6 plus feet a year) is not taken in consideration, so most of any given year it exceeds 17’.
The Kelly’s (no relation) who own the property below us on Delicada are great people and we will help them in any way we can with the Palm Tree.
