Special Meeting – November 10, 2025
A Special Meeting of the City of San Clemente Investment Advisory Committee was called to order by City Treasurer, Charlie Smith, on November 10, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Conference Room at City Hall, 910 Calle Negocio, San Clemente, California.

(1) ANNUAL REVIEW OF INVESTMENT POLICY
The committee conducted a thorough review of the current investment policy alongside proposed edits from Chandler Asset Management and Chad Ahearn. They examined the document in detail, discussed revisions, and reached an agreement on the final draft to recommend to City Council for approval. Motion to approve the revised policy was made by Chad Ahearn, seconded by Matthew Koelliker, and carried 4-0. (2) REVIEW AND DISCUSS ADDING ACADEMY SECURITIES TO APPROVED
BROKER LIST
The committee deferred this item to the next meeting for review with supporting documentation.

ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Victor Cabral, seconded by Matthew Koelliker, carried 4-0 to adjourn to a Regular Meeting to be held on January 26, 2025 at 5:30 pm in the Community Conference Room at City Hall, 910 Calle Negocio, San Clemente, California. _________________________________
