San Clemente City Clerk,
Primary reasons for my objection to an increase in water rates are:
1. People will use less water, (which can be a savings for water usage) but reduces money generated which then furthers the need for another increase in water prices.
Water rate hikes add to the overall cost-of-living inflation which are especially burdensome for low income individuals and families
