(CJA) offers to setup, test, and operate a sewer bypass for Sancon, who will be working directly for the City of San Clemente, to install a CIPP liner between manholes 5 and 7. CJA is providing this proposal based on the documents provided and discussions with all parties involved on this project.

Remove sewer bypass and restore access - 3 days.
