• Our proposal includes:
· Confined Space Entry Procedures & Equipment
· Prevailing wage / certified payroll if required, In-Place insurance coverage · High velocity cleaning of pipeline prior to lining 2 -3 passes (See Below) · Pre-video of pipeline just prior to lining to confirm and document immediate acceptability for lining. · Install 21" Sancon Polyester CIPP liner at 13.5mmthickness · Final video inspection to confirm successful CIPP liner installation .
• Assumptions / Notes:
· If liner is wetout per agreed schedule and is not installed within 5 days, Costs for liner will be borne by customer. · Sancon will not be signatory to any PLA, Normal working hours M – F 7 AM to 5PM · CIPP material leadtime is approximately 10 business days from order. · City to provide a mobile water meter or similar source for our work · City to provide all bypass related to CIPP, including any laterals, and manhole drop connections (NOTE: Suction or Discharge Manholes for Bypass cannot be shared for CIPP, City to ensure bypass pumps, pipes or plugs are not in the way of Sancon work)
· CIty to provide and install all necessary private property and landscape protection for our work · City to coordinate safe and legal drive-up access to all manholes US and DS required for our work · Due to pipe material, material changes and multiple angles: fins, wrinkles and other anomalies will be present in final cured liner.
· Proposal is subject to mutually acceptable contract language and must be incorporated in any subsequent contract/purchase order .
• This proposal excludes:
· BMP's, Survey and Staking, Preparing As-builts
· Removal of mineral or other hard deposits, (Pipe will be swept for loose debris prior to CIPP with 2-3 passes of a normal jetter nozzle, any build up will be lined over to prevent further damage or infiltration into the pipe and shall be deemed acceptable by the City) · Replacement of any manhole frame and covers
· TC Plans, permits or drawings or traffic control exceeding cones and signs · Excavation type point repairs of any kind, if required, including pit construction / restoration. · Restorations or, re-vegetation
· Environmental testing or Controls

• Stand by rate / additional work not listed above @ $350.00 / man hour. Price is based on two mobilizations. Additional Mobilizations billed at:
$29,400.00 each. Sancon shall not be responsible for liquidated damages or penalty due to delay by others. Bond, if required, would add 1.5% to total bid price. Price is based on retention being withheld a maximum of 90 days after completion of our work. Price is firm for a period of thirty days from receipt. Payment terms net 30 days or per contract.
