The Adjourned Regular meeting was called to order at 1:00 p.m. with all City Councilmembers present.
State of the City Presentation
Mayor Loeffler displayed a video including the City Council that outlined various City initiatives and projects within the City.
Mayor Loeffler gave an update concerning various City initiatives.

Adjournment
Mayor Loeffler adjourned the meeting at 1:16 p.m. to the Regular City Council meeting of May 5, 2026. Closed Session will begin at 5:00 p.m. The Business Meeting will commence at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will take place at City Hall Council Chambers, located at 910 Calle Negocio, 2nd Floor, San Clemente.
