Adjourned Special Meeting – March 30, 2026
An Adjourned Special Meeting of the City of San Clemente Investment Advisory Committee was called to order by City Treasurer Charlie Smith, on March 30, 2026 at 5:36 p.m. in the Community Conference Room at City Hall, 910 Calle Negocio, San Clemente, California.

(1) REVIEW AND RATE PROPOSALS FOR INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT
AND ADVISORY SERVICES
The Committee reviewed the proposals submitted through the City’s RFP process.
Rating sheets were collected and scores were tallied. Meeder Public Funds and Chandler Asset Management received the highest overall ratings.
The committee agreed to hold finalist interviews on April 27, 2026, beginning at 4:00 p.m. in the third-floor conference room. Staff will contact both firms to schedule and will prepare a scoring sheet for use during the interviews.
A motion was made by Matthew Koelliker, seconded by Chad Ahearn to invite Meeder Public Funds and Chandler Asset Management to interview on April 27, 2026. Motion passed 3-0; Cabral abstained.

A motion was made by Chad Ahearn, seconded by Matthew Koelliker to adjourn to a Special Meeting to be held on April 27, at 4:00 pm in Conference Room A at City Hall, 910 Calle Negocio, San Clemente, California. Motion passed 4-0.
