Proposal: Engineering Services During Construction of Reeves Booster Pump Station
Dear Mr. llkhanipour:
In response to the City of San Clemente's request, AKM Consulting Engineers (AKM) is pleased to submit this proposal for providing Engineering Services During Construction of the Reeves Booster Pump Station project.
The Scope of services will consist of:
1. Attending the Pre-Construction meeting, as well as weekly construction progress meetings (remote)
2. Reviewing and responding to Requests for Information (RFI) during the project.
Two (2) reviews are budgeted for each RFI.
3. Reviewing the Shop Drawing Submittals. Two (2) reviews are budgeted for each submittal
4. Prepare plan revisions - Two (2) are budgeted
5. Conduct site reviews during construction, as requested by the City. Four (4) site reviews are budgeted.
6. Participate in the startup and commissioning of the project (2 days)
7. Prepare Record Drawings based on the Contractor's red-lined as-built drawings reviewed by the City's construction manager.
The work will be performed by AKM's Project Manager (Zeki Kayiran, P.E), Project Engineer (Darrik Baker, P.E., an Associate Engineer, and our CAD staff.

We propose completing this scope of work on a time and materials basis for a not-toexceed estimate of $183,048 as detailed in the table below. We will request additional authorization should the project requires additional work.
