Special Meeting – April 27, 2026
A Special Meeting of the City of San Clemente Investment Advisory Committee was called to order by City Treasurer Charlie Smith, on April 27, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. in Conference Room A at City Hall, 910 Calle Negocio, San Clemente, California.

PUBLIC: Two members of the public were present.
BUSINESS ITEMS:
(1) FINALIST PRESENTATIONS - INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AND ADVISORY SERVICES The Committee received presentations from Meeder Public Funds and Chandler Asset Management. Meeder representatives Tanya Dazio, Paulina Woo, and Greggory Balls reviewed the firm’s investment approach and responded to Committee questions.
Chandler Asset Management representatives Jayson Schmidt and Mia Corral Brown presented the firm’s investment strategy and answered questions regarding portfolio structure and advisory services.

ADJOURNMENT
The committee adjourned the Special Meeting at 5:00 p.m. to the Regular Meeting scheduled for April 27, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Conference Room. _________________________________
