Subitem-B: (O-2022-79 Cor. Copy) INTRODUCED, TO BE ADOPTED TUESDAY, MAY 17, 2022 Introduction of an Ordinance amending Chapter 4, Article 2, of the San Diego Municipal Code by adding Division 16, Sections 42.1601, 42.1602, 42.1603 prohibiting the sale of flavored tobacco products.

Resolution directing the City's management team for labor relations to engage in the meet and confer process on the mandatory subjects of bargaining related to the proposed measure to amend the Charter to establish a process for retention and use of independent legal counsel by the Office of the City Auditor and to return to the Council for a final determination on the proposed measure.
