Proposed Actions:

The TransNet Extension Ordinance (Ordinance) established the Regional Transportation Congestion Improvement Program (RTCIP) as a means to construct improvements in the Regional Arterial System. Accordingly, as a participating city in the RTCIP program, the City of San Diego must take specific administrative actions each year to ensure that the City is in compliance with the minimum RTCIP exaction as determined annually by SANDAG. (R-2022-421) ADOPTED AS RESOLUTION R-314091
