To accommodate for the legislative recess scheduled for Tuesday, January 31, 2023, the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting on Monday, January 30, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. will be adjourned, and the City Council will convene for a Special Meeting on Monday, January 30, 2023 at the 2:00 p.m. session. For meeting management, the Order of Business for the Special meeting will function like a Tuesday Council meeting, consisting of proclamations, a consent agenda, and a discussion agenda. The following items will be on the Special agenda:
Agreement (H2326129) with Interwest Consulting Group for As-Needed Plan Check and Inspection Services in the Development Services Department.
Agreement (H2326128) with NV5, Inc., for As-Needed Plan Check and Inspection Services in the Development Services Department.
Amendments to the 2023 Legislative Calendar.
Appointment to the Privacy Advisory Board.
Resolutions to Reopen the Meet and Confer Process Related to the Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) between City of San Diego and Municipal Employees Association (MEA); American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Local 127 (L127); Deputy City Attorneys Association of San Diego (DCAA); San Diego Police Officers Association (POA); and California Teamsters Local 911 (L911) Regarding PostEmployment Health Benefits for Eligible Employees Who Were Hired before July 1, 2005 and Retire after March 31, 2012.
Ratification of Mayor’s Proclamation of a Local Emergency – December 2022 and January 2023 Winter Storms.

Grace Kojima Day.
Audit Committee Public Member Appointment Process.
Ratification of the Agreement with the California Business, Consumer Services, and Housing Agency and Approval Authorizing the Acceptance, Appropriation, and Expenditure of Round 2 of the State of California Encampment Resolution Funding Grant.
