With the purpose of providing the City Council with the means to conduct legislative business, the City Council will convene for a Special Open Session on Wednesday, March 22 at 3:15pm. The item to be discussed is the following:
Proposed Settlement of City of San Diego v. 101 Ash, LLC et al., San Diego Superior Court Case No. 37-2020-00036247-CU-CO-CTL, and City of San Diego v. CCP 1200, LLC et al., San Diego Superior Court Case No. 37-2021-00028026-CU-FR-CTL, with regard only to Jason Hughes and Hughes Marino.
