The City Council will convene for an Emergency Meeting on Monday, August 21, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. or soon thereafter to discuss and take action on the following item:
Ratification of the Mayor's August 20, 2023 proclamation of a local emergency related to Hurricane Hilary This Emergency Meeting of the City Council will be held in Council Chambers on the 12th Floor of the City Administration Building at 202 C Street, San Diego, CA, 92101. While Council Chambers will remain open to the public, virtual participation is highly encouraged to mitigate risks.
