SUBJECT: Special City Council Meeting & Adjournment of Regular Meeting _______________________________________________________________________________________________ ______________
The regularly scheduled City Council meeting on Monday, November 13, 2023, at 10:00am has been adjourned.
The City Council will convene for a Special Meeting on Monday, November 13, 2023 at 8:00am. This Special City Council Meeting will provide the public with an opportunity to comment on the special closed session agenda in open session prior to the City Council convening into closed session.
The Council will then adjourn and reconvene at 2:00pm to hear the following items:
Safe Sidewalks Program and Sidewalk Repair Permit Fee Holiday. Recommend adoption of the proposed amendments to the Land Development Code, Local Coastal Program, and Resolution R-313282 (Neighborhood Enhancement Fund) to implement Housing Action Package 2.0. Report out from Closed Session.
