Not Present: Councilmembers LaCava, Campbell, Whitburn, Montgomery Steppe, von Wilpert, Lee, Campillo, Moreno, Elo-Rivera.

The regularly scheduled City Council meeting of Monday, November 13, 2023, has been adjourned in order to manage the City Council meeting and substantial docketed City business the week of November 13th. The City Council will convene for a Special Meeting on Monday, November 13, 2023, at 8:00 a.m., and will reconvene at 2:00 p.m.
The next regularly scheduled meetings of the City Council are Monday, December 4, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. and Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. The City Council will meet in Closed Session Monday after the conclusion of the 10 a.m. Council Session. (Public Comment on Closed Session items will be taken during the 10 a.m. Council Session.)
