This employment law action arises from Plaintiff Tiffany Vinson’s whistleblower retaliation and disability discrimination claims. Plaintiff is a former limited employee who served as a Senior Management Analyst in the Office of Homeland Security. The City Attorney’s Office will update the Mayor and City Council on the status of the litigation and seek direction.
