CHRONOLOGY OF THE MEETING
The meeting was called to order by Council President Elo-Rivera at 10:03 a.m. Council President Elo-Rivera recessed the meeting at 10:21 a.m. to convene the Special Housing Authority meeting. Council President Elo-Rivera reconvened the regular meeting at 10:34 a.m. with Councilmember LaCava, Councilmember Campbell, and Councilmember Campillo not present. The regular meeting was recessed by Council President Elo-Rivera at 10:34 a.m. into Closed Session, to be reconvened at 2:00 p.m.
The meeting was reconvened by Council President Elo-Rivera at 2:04 p.m. with Councilmember Campbell, Councilmember Campillo, and Council Moreno not present. Councilmember Moreno arrived to the meeting at 2:26. Council President Elo-Rivera recessed the meeting at 4:51 p.m. to convene the Special Housing Authority meeting. Council President Elo-Rivera reconvened the regular meeting at 4:50 p.m. with Councilmember Campbell and Councilmember Campillo not present. The meeting was adjourned by Council President Elo-Rivera at 4:51 p.m.

COMMENT
COUNCIL COMMENT-1:
Councilmember von Wilpert commented on the firefighters who were in a horrible accident on the way to help hurricane victims in North Carolina. She stated a battalion chief, and two captains were injured in the crash and airlifted. Councilmember von Wilpert asked that everyone hold them up in thoughts, prayers, and love.
