CHRONOLOGY OF THE MEETING
The meeting was called to order by Council President LaCava at 2:04 p.m. The meeting was recessed by Council President LaCava at 2:46 p.m. for the purpose of a break. The meeting was reconvened by Council President LaCava at 3:00 p.m. with all Councilmembers present. The meeting was adjourned by Council President LaCava at 3:38 p.m.
