This case arises from City Council’s denial of project permits for the All Peoples Church.
The Church filed a lawsuit in federal district court alleging violations of the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUIPA) and the federal and state constitutions. The City Attorney’s Office will update the Mayor and City Council on the status of the litigation.
