The City Council will convene for a Special Meeting on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter at the City Administration Building, on the 12th floor of 202 "C" Street, for the following items on consent:
• Declaring a Continued State of Emergency Regarding Raw Sewage, Solid Waste, and Sediment Coming from Tijuana, Mexico.
Declaring a Continued State of Local Emergency Due to January 22, 2024 Winter Storm.
