CHRONOLOGY OF THE MEETING
The meeting was called to order by Council President LaCava at 10:08 a.m. Councilmember von Wilpert arrived to the meeting at 10:09 a.m. The meeting was recessed by Council President LaCava at 12:04 p.m. into Closed Session to be reconvened at 2:00 p.m.
The meeting was reconvened by Council President LaCava at 1:17 p.m. with Councilmember Moreno not present. Councilmember Moreno arrived to the meeting at 1:26 p.m. The meeting was recessed by Council President LaCava at 5:16 p.m. for the purpose of a break. The meeting was reconvened by Council President LaCava at 5:48 p.m. with Councilmember EloRivera not present. Councilmember Elo-Rivera arrived to the meeting at 5:50 p.m.
Councilmember Campbell left the meeting at 6:32 p.m. Council President LaCava recessed the meeting at 6:32 p.m. to convene the Housing Authority meeting. Council President LaCava reconvened the meeting at 7:51 p.m. with Councilmember Campbell not present. The meeting was adjourned by Council President LaCava at 7:52 p.m.
