The regularly scheduled City Council Meeting on Monday, July 28, 2025, will be adjourned, and the City Council will convene for a Special Meeting on Monday, July 28, 2025, 2025, during the following times.
The Council will convene at 10:00 a.m. to hear the following items:
Public Comment on Closed Session.
The Council will then adjourn and reconvene at 1:00 p.m. to hear the following items:
Balboa Park Paid Parking Implementation Update.
Establishment of a Parking Meter Zone at Balboa Park. Proposed FY 2026 Statement of Budgetary Principles.
