This employment law action arises from Plaintiff’s claims for gender and race discrimination, hostile work environment harassment, retaliation, and failure to prevent discrimination, harassment, or retaliation. Plaintiff, an African American woman, is a former Assistant Center Director in the Park & Recreation Department. The City Attorney’s Office will update the Mayor and City Council on the status of the conditional settlement and seek approval.
