CHRONOLOGY OF THE MEETING
The meeting was called to order by Council President LaCava at 1:06 p.m. Councilmember Foster arrived to the meeting at 1:07 p.m. Councilmember Whitburn arrived to the meeting at 1:20 p.m. The meeting was recessed by Council President LaCava at 1:29 p.m. for the purpose of a break. The meeting was reconvened by Council President LaCava at 3:16 p.m. with Councilmember Campillo not present. The meeting was adjourned by Council President LaCava at 4:07 p.m.
