Mayor, Council, City Attorney, Independent Budget Analyst, City Clerk Comment:
CC-1: Council President LaCava touched on the comments he made yesterday on the appeal process for environmental determinations, and stated his wording may have been too generous.
He mentioned these determinations are unique and should not be taken as consulting advice.
Council President LaCava expressed he would be happy to have a conversation with anybody who is considering to appeal an environmental determination and will always stand ready to work with his colleagues if it can improve how our Municipal Code is written and give good direction for both applicants and appellants.
Report Out from Closed Session:
None.
Council President LaCava adjourned the meeting at 8:34 p.m.
