The regularly scheduled City Council Meeting on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, is adjourned. In its stead, the City Council will convene for a Special Meeting on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, during the following times.
The Council will convene at 10:00am in Open Session to hear the following items:
Public Comment on Special Closed Session items
The Council will then recess into Closed Session and reconvene at 2:00 p.m. to hear the following:
Consent agenda items:
o Updates to Council Policy 300-04, “Annual Salary Review of Positions with Salaries Established by Council
o Appointment to the Board of Library Commissioners
o Appointment to the Community Forest Advisory Board
Discussion agenda items:
o Informational item regarding the Fiscal Year 2026 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Programs
o Updates to Council Policy 000-10 “Council Meeting Rooms, Display Area, and Facility Use Policy”

The City Council will resume its regular order of business on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 10:00AM at the City Administration Building, in City Council Chambers on the 12th floor of 202 “C” Street.
