2. Discussion, Consideration and MOTION: Motion/seconded by Mayor Pro Authorization for the City Manager to Execute Tem Ebiner/Councilmember Weber a Lease Agreement Between the City of San authorizing the City Manager to execute a Dimas and Vincenzo's Terrazza Inc. for three (3) year lease agreement, with two (2) Space at the Walker House 121 N. San additional one (1) year options with Dimas Avenue Vincenzo's Terrazza, Inc. Motion carried 5-0.
