STUDY SESSION ITEMS COMMENTS/ RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Discussion of and Direction Related to It was the consensus of the Council that the Preliminary 2024- 25 Operating and Option 3 be implemented by staff, along with Capital Budget reducing expenditure, using revenue and
implementing a mix of reserves and Council
directed service reductions. Senior staff will
establish a list of priorities to present to the
Council. Suggestions from the Council were
to include the rational for staff' s choices,
alignment with the community survey.
