Councilmember Vienna motioned to approve the absence of Councilmember Nakano. The motion was seconded by Councilmember Bratakos and carried 4-0.

CITY REPORTS COMMENTS/RECOMMENDATIONS
a. City Manager City Manager McKinney made the following announcements:
• Overnight parking enforcement will be
suspended from Saturday, March 28,
at 2 am to April 6. Enforcement will
begin April 7 at 2 am.
• Sanitation Sewer Project construction
on Arrow Highway and Cienega will
continue into next week.
• The contractor will be addressing
repairs along the San Dimas Avenue
Loop starting April 6" with some
impacts to traffic.
