CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL – SPECIAL MEETING 5:30 P.M. (CLOSED SESSION) Mayor Victoria Garcia called the Special Meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
Present:
Council: Mayor Victoria Garcia, Vice Mayor Patty Lopez, and Councilmembers Mary Mendoza, Mary Solorio and Sean M. Rivas
Staff: City Manager Kanika Kith and City Attorney Richard Padilla
Absent: None

APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Motion by Councilmember Rivas, seconded by Councilmember Vice Mayor Lopez to approve the agenda as presented. The motion carried, by the following vote:

PUBLIC STATEMENTS
Margarita Cervacio, spoke regarding opposition to the Brand Estates development at 833 N.
Brand Boulevard and submitted correspondence from five (5) individuals pertaining to the same.
Efren Lombera, spoke regarding opposition to the Brand Estates development at 833. No. Brand Boulevard.

LACSC Case No.: 25STCP02636
RECONVENED FROM SPECIAL MEETING AND REPORT OUT FROM CLOSED SESSION City Attorney Padilla noted an update was provided by Special Legal Counsel Corin Kahn, Deputy City Attorney Lloyd Pilchen and City Attorney Padilla and noted no reportable action as a result of the Closed Session meeting.
