CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Harrington called the special meeting of the San Gabriel City Council to order at 5:33 P.M. on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, in City Hall, Conference Room A, 425 S. Mission Drive, San Gabriel, California, 91776.

A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION (GOVERNMENT CODE §54956.9(b): ONE CASE
The City Council gave unanimous direction for staff to enter into a tolling agreement with the BKK Landfill Working Group.
