CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Harrington called the special meeting of the San Gabriel City Council to order at 5:32 P.M. on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, in City Hall, Conference Room A, 425 S. Mission Drive, San Gabriel, California, 91776.
