RESOLUTION NO. 25-44
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN GABRIEL, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 OPERATING
BUDGET TO INCREASE APPROPRIATIONS TO THE MISSION
PLAYHOUSE SPECIAL EVENTS FUND BY $4,400 FOR THE PAYMENT OF
ORGANIST FEES FOR THE SILENT SUNDAYS SERIES
WHEREAS, the City of San Gabriel is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing pursuant to the Constitution and the laws of the State of California (“City”); and WHEREAS, the budget for the City of San Gabriel for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 was approved by the City Council on June 3, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and WHEREAS, the reallocation of the appropriations between departmental activities may be made by the City Manager, amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN GABRIEL, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Operating Budget shall be amended as follows: Increase appropriations to the Mission Playhouse expenditure account number 152-712-32-27-047 by $4,400 for the purposes of payment of Silent Sundays Series organist fees.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and shall enter the same in the Book of Original Resolutions.
