CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Menchaca called the special meeting of the San Gabriel City Council to order at 5:40 P.M. on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, in City Hall, Conference Room A, 425 S. Mission Drive, San Gabriel, California, 91776.

A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
INITIATION OF LITIGATION PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9 [C]: TWO CASES
Case: 904 S. Del Mar Avenue, San Gabriel; property owners Yan Yu, as Trustee of the Yan Yu Trust and Jia Hu Cong.
Case: 1521 Manley Drive, San Gabriel; property owner Yan Yu, Trustee of the Yan Yu Trust.
The City Council unanimously gave authorization for initiation of litigation to abate public nuisance for both cases.
