SPECIAL MEETING OF THE SAN GABRIEL CITY COUNCIL
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Menchaca called the special meeting of the San Gabriel City Council to order at 4:31 P.M. on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, in the Council Chamber at City Hall, 425 South Mission Drive, San Gabriel, California, 91776.

A motion was made by Council Member Herrera Avila, seconded by Vice Mayor Chan, to appoint Kevin Diep to the Planning Commission for an unexpired term ending May 30, 2026.
Motion carried by a vote of 5-0 as follows:
