SPECIAL MEETING OF THE SAN GABRIEL CITY COUNCIL
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Chan called the special meeting of the San Gabriel City Council to order at 4:46 P.M. on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, in the Council Chamber at City Hall, 425 South Mission Drive, San Gabriel, California, 91776.

Assistant City Clerk Yang provided information for the public on how to view the meeting.

2. RESOLUTION NO. 26-20 AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN
CONTRACTS AND NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR THE LA COUNTY COMMUNITY
IMPACT ARTS GRANT PROGRAM
Community Services Director Perez made the staff presentation.
There was no public comment.
A motion was made by Council Member Herrera Avila, seconded by Council Member Menchaca, to:
1. Adopt Resolution No. 26-20 approving the submittal of the application for LA County Community Impact Arts Grant program; and
2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all related grant documents.
Motion carried by a vote of 5-0 as follows:
